Tell me once again

About a hospital trip

Or closing business

Or a broken engagement,

I will still express concern.

For I am the fool

Whose mind deems frail and naïve,

But my heart is there,

Sewn to the curve of my sleeve,

Bound as victim of April.

Two little Tankas to tell my story of the first day of the month… I got fooled so many times because I was just genuinely concerned for everyone 🤣 Anyways, April is sort of the month of laughter and to anyone who’s reading this, I hope you use this as a reminder to smile a little more.
